At Bentonville Veterinary Specialists (BVS), we are committed to providing exceptional care to your pet. To ensure transparency and clarity, our financial policies are outlined below.

Personal or Business Checks
Major Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express)

Payment Terms

Deposit A 50% deposit of the estimated service total is required prior to the initiation of diagnostic procedures, surgeries, or medical treatments.

Final Balance The remaining balance must be paid in full at the time of patient discharge.

Payment Plans & Financing

Flexible financing and monthly payment options are available exclusively through Cherry Pay. Interest-free plans are available.

Approval must be secured prior to the start of treatment or service.

Please note: Patients will not be discharged until the remaining balance is satisfied via cash, check, approved credit card, or active Cherry Pay agreement.
